Measured contribution
Contribute verified climate funding equal to 127% of the footprint that remains after reduction.
Finite objects, numbered honestly. One rescued mug is open; the next artifact stays encrypted until it is real.
Nothing in that category yet.
One open edition · One encrypted edition
Artifactory is a small storefront and an argument against endless catalogues. An object appears only when there is a convincing reason to make, rescue, or edition it. When the edition is gone, it is gone.
The public shelf is deliberately short: one rescued mug, followed by one encrypted artifact. The encrypted piece is a promise to reveal less, not a claim that a warehouse of imaginary products exists behind it.
These are goals for the first fully measured production year. They become achievements only after the underlying energy, material, shipping, and removal evidence is published.
Contribute verified climate funding equal to 127% of the footprint that remains after reduction.
Reach 94% by material mass where safety, durability, and the object’s function allow it.
Document renewable electricity for the production energy attributable to each edition.
The rescued mug avoids commissioning a new object, but Artifactory has not completed a lifecycle assessment and does not call the edition carbon-neutral. Future product pages will show what was measured, what was estimated, and where any supplier or climate claim came from.
Method notes and the distinction between live catalogue data and concept material remain in Sources.
