Repair · Refurbish · Rebuild
Most "broken" devices aren't dead, they're just unrepaired. We fix the thing you have instead of selling you a reason to buy a new one.
Why repair
Most devices that get thrown out aren't actually dead — a laptop with one failed fan, a console with a sticky drive, a phone with a swollen battery. The failure is small and specific. The decision to replace the whole thing instead is usually about not knowing that, not about the math actually favoring a new one.
We look at the specific thing that's wrong, tell you honestly what it costs to fix versus what it costs to replace, and let you make that call with real numbers instead of a guess.
What we fix
A real technician opens it up, runs the actual tests (power draw, thermals, drive health, board-level inspection under magnification) and tells you the specific part or fault, not "it's probably the motherboard." Free, no matter what we find, and we'll tell you straight if fixing it doesn't make sense.
Screens, batteries, fans, hinges, charging ports, water damage, stuck drives, controllers that drift — laptops, phones, consoles, and small appliances. If a part is available and the board underneath is healthy, we'll quote it and fix it, usually cheaper than you're braced for.
Dead drive, corrupted partition, a deleted folder you need back today. We work off a byte-level clone of your drive first, so nothing you have left gets put at further risk while we dig for what's recoverable.
How it works
No walking in blind and no surprise invoice at the end. You know the price before anything gets opened up.
Drop it off, mail it in, or book a time. We run a full diagnostic before touching anything — that part's always free.
A real number, not an estimate that grows. If repair isn't worth it, we'll say so — no work starts until you say go.
Most repairs turn around in a day or two, backed by a parts-and-labor guarantee on the work we did.
Products & devices
If it plugs in, has a battery, or spins a drive, chances are we've fixed one. Don't see yours? Ask — we probably still cover it.
From people who kept their stuff
"My laptop sounded like a tiny orchestra of broken dreams. Turned out to be one $12 fan. I was three clicks away from buying a new one."
"Quoted me a real price, fixed it in a day, didn't try to upsell me on a plan I didn't need. That's apparently rare enough to write a review about."
"Recovered four years of photos off a drive I'd already written off. Worth every cent, would've paid double."

Questions
Most common repairs (screens, batteries, fans, ports) turn around in 1–3 business days once we've got the part in hand. The diagnosis itself is usually same-day. Data recovery and rare parts can take longer — we'll tell you a real window up front, not "a week or two."
You pay nothing for the diagnosis either way. If a repair genuinely isn't worth it, we'll tell you that plainly and point you toward what to do next — including how to responsibly recycle it if that's the right call.
Genuine or OEM-grade, always disclosed up front so you know exactly what's going in your device before you approve the repair.
We don't go browsing. For data recovery jobs specifically, we work off a byte-level clone so your original drive isn't touched further, and anything we access stays confidential.
The free diagnosis is free either way. The Care Plan is for people who'll be back — it waives diagnostic fees all year, moves you to the front of the queue, and knocks 10% off parts, for less than the cost of one screen replacement.
Yes — local pickup/drop-off, or mail it in with a prepaid label we send after booking. Either way you get the same free diagnosis before anything's approved.
