Laura Vance became dean of the College of Health Sciences in 2020, arriving from a regional hospital system where she had spent a decade in clinical education leadership.
She has overseen the Nursing program's expansion to a second spring clinical cohort and the college's eleven-year run of above-average NCLEX-RN pass rates.
