About this program
A state-licensure program for grades 1–6, including a full-semester student teaching placement in a partner district. The program has run at or near full district placement for eight consecutive years — rural and small-city schools recruit directly from the graduating cohort. Before that placement, students get supervised classroom hours starting in their first education course at the on-campus Campus School, a real K-8 public school operating inside the college's own building.
