About this program

Industrial Design students take a product from sketch through CAD modeling to a working physical prototype, and the senior show is reviewed by design leads from regional manufacturers who sponsor several of the year's studio projects directly.

  • Sketch and develop product concepts through iterative ideation
  • Model products in professional CAD software
  • Fabricate working prototypes using shop and 3D-printing tools
  • Present sponsored studio work at the senior design show
