What is in the tour
A self-guided, browser-based tour covers about twenty stops — Founders Hall, Halvorsen Library, the residence halls, the labs and shops in the technical buildings, the dining halls, and the athletics facilities — with a short video and a few photos at each stop and captions covering what actually happens there day to day, not just what it looks like.
Who it is for
Built for prospective students who cannot get to Porter Falls easily — out of state, international, or just not ready to commit a travel day — and for families getting a first look before scheduling an in-person visit. It also works as a refresher for an admitted student deciding between offers.
After the virtual tour
Most prospective students still visit in person before deciding — the virtual tour is a starting point, not a substitute. The visit-campus page books individual and group in-person tours, and admitted-student days add info sessions and a chance to sit in on a class.
Fictional information
UW–Porter Falls is a work of parody. Every office, person, building, phone number and statistic on this page is invented; nothing here describes a real institution or a service you can actually contact.
