Ironworks Food Hall Adds Two Rotating Vendor Stalls for Fall
A ramen concept and a Southeast Asian street-food stall join the retail dining lineup after a student taste-test vote.
Dining Services has selected a ramen concept and a Southeast Asian street-food stall to fill Ironworks Food Hall’s two rotating vendor slots for the coming year, chosen from five finalists after a week of free student taste-testing and an online vote.
Both new stalls will accept Campus Cash, meal-swipe equivalency during posted hours, and mobile ordering through the dining app at launch, matching the existing retail lineup.
“The rotating stalls are the one part of the food hall we get to change every year based on what students actually pick, not what we assume they want.”
— director of dining services
The previous rotating stalls will close for the summer changeover; a similar taste-test and vote process will run again next spring.
