About this program

Construction Management covers estimating, scheduling, contracts and safety, taught largely by faculty who ran job sites before they taught. Every student completes a summer field internship, and most have a job offer in hand before their final semester starts.

  • Estimate project costs and prepare competitive bids
  • Build and manage a construction schedule under real constraints
  • Apply OSHA safety standards on an active job site
  • Complete a required field internship with a licensed contractor
