Nadia Lindqvist

Background

Nadia Lindqvist is on the faculty of the Department of Cybersecurity & Information Technology and holds a Ph.D. from Kansas State University. Before Porter, Nadia held a senior systems administration role at a hospital network.

Nadia's research focuses on industrial control system security, with related work in network security; undergraduates are involved in the lab most terms.

Teaching

Nadia regularly teaches courses in Cybersecurity, Information Technology. Specific sections and syllabi are listed in the class schedule each term.

Courses lean on current problems from the field: students read recent work, reproduce a result or method, and then extend it. Nadia builds in low-stakes practice before graded work and gives written feedback on drafts.
