The 2026–27 roster
Rosters are current as of October 9, 2026 and are updated by Athletic Communications after each roster change. (C) marks a team captain. Hometowns are in Wesconsin unless marked †. Majors are the student’s declared program of record in MyPorter, which, for first-years, is subject to change and frequently does.

Roster notes
- Classes. Fifteen players: four seniors, five juniors, four sophomores and two first-years. Three starters return from the team that reached the conference semifinal and led the league in turnover margin.
- Captains. Senior forward Jalen Whitcomb, a mechanical engineering major who also represents the team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and senior guard Seth Donnelly.
- Majors. Eleven of fifteen are in engineering or business programs. Team GPA last spring was 3.24.
- Height. The tallest Ironclad is 6-10; the shortest is 5-11. The coaches note that the shortest player has drawn the most charges in each of the last two seasons.
- The 1994 team. Porter’s only Sweet Sixteen squad is in the athletics hall of fame, and its banner hangs over the east basket where the current team shoots free throws in the second half.
Following the team
The season opens Tuesday, November 10 against Merrimount College at Ironclad Fieldhouse; every date is on the winter 2026–27 schedule. Conference home games are doubleheaders with the women’s team, women first. Students get in free with a Porter Card; public tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors (tickets). The student section is behind the west basket and does not sit down.
Fictional information
UW–Porter Falls is a work of parody. Every athlete on this men’s basketball roster is invented — names, numbers, hometowns, heights, class years and majors — as are the coaches and staff; no real student-athlete is listed or described, and the roster belongs to no real team.
