Emmett Ackerman

Background

Emmett Ackerman is on the faculty of the Department of Environmental Science and holds a Ph.D. from McGill University. Before Porter, Emmett was a GIS analyst for a regional planning commission.

Emmett's work centers on teaching and curriculum in environmental policy and geomorphology, including course redesign and mentoring newer instructors.

Teaching
