Ibrahim Mbeki

Background

Ibrahim Mbeki is on the faculty of the Department of Health & Nutrition Sciences and holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark. Before Porter, Ibrahim was an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation.

Ibrahim's work centers on teaching and curriculum in sports nutrition and food science and product development, including course redesign and mentoring newer instructors.

Teaching
